RETURN POLICY

1. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

At Amberate, we want you to love your luxury purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your item, you may return it in accordance with this policy.

2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY PERIOD

You have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to initiate a return.

  • Return requests received after 14 days may not be accepted

  • Items must be received at our facility within 7 days of return approval

  • Early initiation is recommended to ensure timely processing

3. ELIGIBLE ITEMS

To qualify for a return, items must meet ALL criteria:

✓ Unworn and unused – No signs of wear, scuffs, or use
✓ Original condition – Exactly as received
✓ All tags attached – Including brand and price tags
✓ Original packaging – Includes dust bag, box, and any certificates
✓ Proof of purchase – Order number or receipt

4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

✗ Final sale items (clearly marked at checkout)
✗ Gift cards
✗ Items damaged by misuse or wear
✗ Items returned without original packaging
✗ Items returned after 14-day window
✗ Customized or personalized items
✗ Intimate items or accessories for hygienic reasons (where applicable)

5. RETURN PROCESS

Step 1: Initiate Return
Email huitubrand@outlook.com with:

  • Subject: "RETURN – Order #[Your Order Number]"

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

Step 2: Receive Authorization
We will respond within 24-48 hours with:

  • Return authorization (RA) number

  • Return shipping address

  • Specific return instructions

Step 3: Ship Item Back

  • Pack item securely in original packaging

  • Include all tags and accessories

  • Write RA number clearly on outside of package

  • Ship using trackable method (customer pays return shipping)

Step 4: Confirmation
Email us your tracking number once shipped.

6. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Exceptions: If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product), we will provide a prepaid shipping label after verification.

Insurance: We recommend purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

7. INSPECTION AND REFUNDS

Inspection Timeline: Once received, items undergo quality inspection within 3-5 business days.

Refund Approval: If approved:

  • Refund processed to original payment method

  • Processing time: 5-7 business days (varies by bank/card issuer)

  • You will receive confirmation email

Refund Amount: Full purchase price minus original shipping costs (unless return is due to our error).

Partial Refunds: May be issued if items show signs of use, missing components, or damaged packaging.

8. EXCHANGES

For faster service, we recommend:

  1. Return the unwanted item for a refund

  2. Place a new order for the desired item

Direct exchanges may be possible in limited circumstances. Contact us to inquire.

9. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Email huitubrand@outlook.com with:

    • Order number

    • Photos clearly showing damage/defect

    • Description of the issue

  3. We will respond with resolution options within 24 hours

Options may include: Full refund, replacement (subject to availability), or partial store credit.

10. INCORRECT ITEMS

If you received the wrong item:

  2. Include order number and photos of what you received

  3. We will arrange return and send correct item at no additional cost

11. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For international customers:

  • Return shipping costs can be significant; we recommend considering before purchase

  • Customs fees and taxes paid are non-refundable

  • We are not responsible for items held in customs during return

  • Declaration forms must accurately reflect "Returned Goods"
